From Tummy to Toes
From Tummy to Toes is a cozy, parent-child movement series led by a pediatric physical therapist, created to support your baby from those early tummy time moments through standing and first steps. You’ll leave feeling supported, encouraged, and more confident as you help your baby move, explore, and grow at their own pace.
The series is composed of two classes:
Tummy Time Together
Come learn the principles of tummy time, why it is a challenge and 5 techniques to make it fun for your baby!
The group will include an interactive discussion with all other caregivers – yes, daddies, GP’s, nannies, au-pairs, and others are welcome too!
- Who: newborns through 4 months old.
- Where: at The Toy Nest in Falls Church City
- When: the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month
Cost: Thank you to The Toy Nest for subsidizing the cost of this class-FREE!

Beyond Tummy Time
This is held at our Falls Church location. This allows more space and a Saturday morning option. This class is for 5 months and beyond who have some mastery with tummy time, typically ages 5 months and through walking. Classes vary based on the month. Please see the calendar for dates!

Registration and Attendance Policy
A $30 payment is due a the time of registration to reserve your spot. Registrations are non-refundable, but you can rebook for a future class if spots are available. Registration closes 12 hours prior to class.
Dates with fewer than 4 registered families may be rebooked to ensure a group experience. Groups of at least 6 babies may be able to book a separate date and can contact amyo@gbtherapy.org.
