Good Beginngs gets 5 stars from me. They did a very thorough evaluation of our child, including a plan for the future and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Facility is clean and well equipped, the staff are nice, and they were able to quickly get me an appointment for an evaluation and then recurring appointments for occupational therapy. My daughter’s therapist Sara is kind and patient and keeps us informed on her progress and activities. Dr. Kirsten is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients progress. She takes the time to explain everything and creates a personalized plan that really works. Also Melissa from the Billing department is incredibly helpful, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it's last-minute paperwork or a quick clarification, she’s there to help and responds to emails even outside regular hours. The level of dedication from both Dr. Kirsten and Melissa is unmatched. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism. We were very grateful for our experience with Good Beginnings and Dr. Amy who worked diligently with my daughter to overcome her GI issues. After struggling with doctors and medicines for almost a year, PT was the missing link. Dr. Amy made PT fun for my daughter who very much looked forward to her appointments and doing her "homework" in between sessions. I also appreciated Dr. Amy looking around corners at how to prevent future issues rather than just treat the issue at hand. We found the scheduling process to be accommodating when we had to call and reschedule due to sickness with 24+ hour notice. The billing process via email was also smooth and reflected insurance payments. The lack of a waiting room took a bit to get used to, but having several kiddos waiting in the hallway before their appointment is probably better for germ prevention than having them all run around a busy waiting room. While I hope my daughter won't have more issues requiring physical therapy in the future, if she does, I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Amy.
